Sky Lagoon was amazing, perfect place to relax. Amazing views and great staff. Transfers were on time and everything ran smoothly. The best trip of the holiday bar none.

The only reason why I have scored 5’s is due to our bus not picking us up from the hotel. I understand this has to go through a third party but they need to ensure they pick up all customers. There were two parties that didn’t get picked up, this has now been resolved via TUI and reimbursed the Taxi fees, but just basing this off our original experience.

The lagoon was great and was a super experience but was too rushed. We had received an email from Tui with the final details about the trip. The email stated that we would leave the Sky Lagoon at 6.30. The driver dropped us at the lagoon at 2.20 and told us he would pick us up at 4.30 not 6.30. We then had to rush our visit. When I explained to the rep the next day that our visit had been cut short, she explained that it was nothing to do with them as we’d booked the experience on the app.

Rep told us that we only have one opportunity to attend the free excursions, which could be cancelled at any time at short notice and that we might of had to cancel the sky lagoon trip, ask for a refund and then re-book the lagoon trip for a different night. This is somewhat confusing, annoying and rather expensive.

Loved this trip the sky lagoon is a must!!!
