The tour will consist of 3 stops. First you will taste the Mediterranean cuisine enoying some appetizers and seafood in a restaurant with a private beach. After will have a main dish and dessert at a local restaurant, where you will be able to taste Kipes or Quipes (Dominican kibbeh), Yaniqueques (crispy Dominican fritters), Tostones Rellenos (fried salty plantains stuffed with different meats, veggies and sauces on top), and Bolitos De Yuca (fried cassavas balls with cheese filling).

Finally, you will close the night enjoying the Caribbean nightlife scene with some deliciously crafted cocktails or beer at a local bars.

Det var kun en dyr taxakørsel - 1000 kr for to personer til 3 forskellige restauranter, hvor vi selv bestilte og betalte maden. Der var ingen gruppe at være sammen med, ingen intro til dominikansk madkultur eller noget som helst andet, vi ikke kunne have oplevet ved selv at booke bord på en restaurant udover lunkne sodavand i bilen og isterninger i en køletaske.

The only negative aspect of the evening was that we were not aware it was nearly a two hour drive. However, our driver, Jose, was absolutely brilliant and could not have been kinder. The restaurants for starter and main course he chose were superb. Because of the lateness of the hour we didn't bother with the bars in Punta Cana, and ended up having our dessert in an ice cream parlour, would have preferred to stay in last restaurant . Would recommend trip, but need to make journey time clearer
