You will meet your guide in the lobby of your hotel or at the Port Main Gate by the Port Sign, at the commencement of the tour time. Look for your guide holding a sign, 'Infinite Island Tours N.V.'. Please allow 10-minutes pickup window should there be unforeseen traffic.
