Set off on a full-day adventure from Salta, exploring the amazing Great Salt Flats. Your trip starts with a visit to the Tastil Ruins, an important archaeological site from before the Inca. Then, you'll go to San Antonio de los Cobres, a nice town known for its culture and beautiful scenery.
Next, you'll see the Salinas Grandes, one of the world's largest salt flats. Here, you'll have plenty of time to take in the views, take some photos, and really appreciate the huge landscape.
Then, you'll go down Cuesta de Lipán, where you might see condors flying above. Finally, you'll stop at the lovely Purmamarca, home to the famous Hill of the Seven Colours.
