You will depart early in the morning to get views of the Cordón del Plata mountain range in the first light of the day. Admire the colossal Potrerillos Dam, and then continue to the pre-Hispanic settlement of Uspallata. Visit the villages of Picheuta, Polvaredas, and Punta de Vacas, and see the ski resort of Los Penitentes. Look at the natural rock arch of the Puente del Inca as you walk towards the Cerro Aconcagua. Contemplate stunning views of the highest mountain peak in the world outside Asia. The itinerary ends with a visit to Villa Las Cuevas between Las Cuevas and the Cristo Redentor Tunnel leading to the monument symbolizing the friendship between Chile and Argentina.
