Make your wait at the airport more comfortable and convenient. The service includes meet and greet on arrival and access to the terminal through a special entrance with accompaniment to the VIP lounge.
You'll then have use of a dedicated X-ray machine and be fast-tracked through a special passport control cabin. Also included is use of the VIP lounge for up to two hours, with complimentary coffee, tea, water, soft drinks and snacks. And you'll also have free access to TV, Wi-Fi and the press.

Für das was geboten wird viel zu teuer. Da meine Frau im Rollstuhl sitzt müssen wir zum Flieger gefahren werden,es kommt nie ein Mitarbeiter zum abholen selbst sondern man muss mindestens zwei bis drei Mal bescheid sagen das jemand kommt zur Abholung. Die Rollstuhl Fahrer gehören zuerst in den Flieger und nicht zuletzt.wir buchen die Lounge 2 mal im Jahr und es ist immer das selbe.

Das ist wirklich was schönes ,so endet der Urlaub auf der schönsten weise. Nur der Preis wird halt immer teurer,wir machen das nun schon über Jahre und waren immer sehr zufrieden damit

Wir mussten beim Checkin zu lange auf das Personal der Fluggesellschaft warten. Zudem ist der Preis von 120€ pro Person zu hoch.
