Women under five months pregnant may only participate if accompanied by another paying adult, and must sign a liability waiver
Children between 120cm and 139cm must be accompanied by an adult for dolphin interactions, while children 140cm and taller may participate in dolphin interactions on their own
Infants aged one to five years can participate free of charge, accompanied by a paying adult
Children are considered from six to 12 years old. Adults from 13 years and up
The use of suncream and tanning products is not allowed during the dolphin experience

The standards strictly prohibit breeding for commercial purposes, the use of behavioural drugs, the capture of wild cetaceans and food deprivation techniques, among other measures.
