Bus number not displayed prior to the beginning of the return journey causing unrest when identifying the correct vehicle. The vehicle cleanliness was poor, seat bases & overhead luggage racks filthy. The vehicle did appear to have correctly marked Emergency Exits, glass break hammers and fire extinguisher. Cheaper for kids please. And late picking up in the morning, but it is very prompt leaving the park so don’t be late!

Pick up was late (both going there and coming back), and upon return, the coach did not drop us off at our hotel (no explanation given as to why this was). We were dropped off several minutes walk from the hotel, with no instructions as to how to find our way back. Disappointing.

We were asked to meet at 9.10 and we arrived at 9.05 and the bus was already there waiting and looking annoyed at us as if we were late when we were in fact early! Coming home there was no check by the driver that everyone was on the bus who should have been and he didn’t wait long, so if you were running a few mins late for any reason you would be stranded
