Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it

Know in advance:

Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge
At checkout, please provide your pickup date and time, number of people, pickup and drop-off points, flight number, full name of all passengers, and year of birth of all passengers
The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
The driver normally speaks Vietnamese; other languages are available upon request with a surcharge
