The operator will contact you via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of booking to confirm your travel details. You'll need to provide the following information: pick-up date and time, number of participants, pick-up and drop-off locations, flight number, full names and years of birth for all passengers
Waiting times are 90 minutes for international flights, 60 minutes for domestic flights, and 30 minutes for train stations, bus stations or hotels

Overtime is charged at 11 USD per hour for cars and vans, or 14 USD per hour for minibuses (payable to the driver)
A late or early service surcharge applies between 22:00 and 05:00: 9 USD for cars, 11 USD for vans and minibuses (payable to the driver)
