The meal was lovely and the atmosphere on board was great. Seeing the beautiful buildings lit at night was amazing.

Didn’t enjoy Ryanair and the random seat allocation at check-in, very mean spirited. Hotel I thought was a 4 at purchase, but felt like a 3 on arrival. No staff on site after 6pm!?

Food and entertainment were excellent, floodlit buildings are beautiful. Entertainment was fun and food much better than expected on a tourist trip.

The views were good. All 4 courses of the meal were well below average. Majority of people left there food as it was inedible The boats condition was well below the standard of other boats on the docks offering the same cruise.I booked the trip for my wife’s 70th birthday. We were bitterly disappointed at what should of being a very memorable occasion..
