Participants must be able to swim well independently
Please keep in mind that you cannot bring anything with you during the tour, as you will be going into the water. Everything needs to be left behind in the car. It is strongly recommended to bring as little as possible with you, as car break-ins can unfortunately happen at the parking area. If you don’t come with your own transportation, you can leave small items in the guide’s car at your own risk. The guide will bring a camera to take photos and a waterproof tube for everyone’s car keys

Remember to bring:

You can wear sportswear or swimwear underneath the wetsuit. In summer, the wetsuits are optional
The local supplier will provide you with free high-grip sturdy boots for the adventure, but you can also bring your own sports shoes if you have them. Any comfortable shoes with good grip are perfectly fine
