There was no help identifying where to catch the bus. When we finally found the stop, which was quite a walk, the only route was about 30 minutes AWAY from the city first so it took ages to get to the main sites. The buses were very infrequent so couldn't keep getting on / off. The tiu rep on the boat didn't seem able/ willing to help. This was a complete waste of money as it would have been better to get the metro, or even a taxi.

The first "problem" was to find a nearby stop. Our on-board entertainment staff advised us to turn the wrong direction and walk for two minutes. This got us off to a very bad start as the weather was poor. Had we been told the right direction it would still have taken us 15 minutes to walk to the nearest stop which was a Blue line bus, not Red as specified on our booking. We learned later that the colour is imaterial - they all operate under the same company and tickets are totally interchangeab

This was a fabulous trip from start to finish. The service, staff, food and overall attention to details was 1st class. We will certainly be returning

Tour was good but there is also a Big Bus tour which is more frequent and seemed less crowded. We had to stand for the first bit as the bus was full. Fine when we got seats but we were nervous about hopping on and off as we didn't want to struggle to get back on.

Would not recommend to buy these tickets to anyone as the service was only partially running on the day, some city centre services were cancelled altogether. Bought and paid for as a 24 hour service, it was a joke really. Waste of money
