This tour requires good physical fitness. If you cycle regularly, you’re all set! If not, but you regularly run more than 5 km or hike more than 8 km, you should be able to complete the tour. If you’re unsure, when at the meeting point, please opt for an e-bike at no extra charge
There are a few opportunities for toilets along the way, at cafes, gas stations, etc.
