You will be picked up at your hotel in Guadalajara and taken to Jalisco Fields. First of all, you will be visiting a tequila distillery, where a professional will explain to you everything you need to know about the production of this renowned drink, while you see all the facilities of the factory. Discover the origins of indigenous and Spanish distilling tequila procedures known today. You will witness the process of fermentation and distillation of modern Weber blue agave before tasting different types of tequila aged in oak barrels. Then, you will be visiting the famous distillery of Jose Cuervo, which is worldwide known. To continue, you will have a walk around the fields of blue agave, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, which are used for the production of tequila, Mexico's national drink par excellence.
