On this tour, you'll visit 7 shops, each representing different regions of Japan, seasonal flavors, and the building blocks of Japanese cuisine. Your experience will include samplings of Dashi (Japanese soup stock), Tamagoyaki (egg roll), Wagashi (Japanese dessert), and many more. You'll enjoy exploring a special regional food shop and a delicious lunch at a restaurant adored by locals.

Next, you'll enjoy an authentic Japanese “must-do” activity, a Wagashi experience. A Wagashi master will make an intricately hand-crafted dessert in front of you. Wagashi are traditional Japanese cakes also known as the “art of the five senses.” These desserts offer a layer-up-layer of enjoyment with their beautiful design, delicate sweetness, and pleasant taste. This will be served with very high-quality Matcha.
