Spend a pleasant morning in Taormina learning to prepare delicious Sicilian recipes with the support and advice of a master chef. After cooking, you will taste your creations over a cheerful lunch, discussing the various culinary techniques acquired.
The day starts with a briefing over a coffee break with explanation of the local ingredients. The chef will illustrate the recipes and start the demonstration.
Begin the preparation by learning how to make hand-made pasta followed by the other dishes. Once the meal is prepared, everybody is invited to the table for the typical festivity lunch with local wines and soft drinks .
At the end of the activity, each participant will receive a certificate and an autographed apron as a souvenir of this special day.
