I really saw no value buying the ticket through this company. I paid extra for an audio guide that was based on a Wi-Fi connection. There is no Wi-Fi connection at Ufizzi or at least there wasn’t on the day that I went Saturday, May 16. I believe I should be reimbursed for that portion of the ticket. Also, there is a lot of renovation currently being done at the Uffizi, which made the visit less enjoyable. It would’ve been nice to have been informed of this beforehand.

I like being able to skip the purchase and wait line. The person passing out your tickets is easy to locate. Check in 15 minutes early and that’s about the only amount of time you have to wait before entering.
