You'll learn how to prepare a full menu according to old Italian traditions, including different kinds of homemade pasta and dessert, using ingredients that you'll pick from the garden together Start the experience with a traditional Italian 'moka' coffee, and then enjoy an aperitif and wine with dinner In a beautiful home in the middle of the Tuscan hills Communal cooking class and dining for 4 to 15 people The host is a certified sommelier who will explain the characteristics of Prosecco and extra-virgin olive oil
About your host, Lucrezia: "I'm an energetic and enthusiastic swing dancer, saxophonist, and sommelier. I've worked in fine jewelry and in a Cooking & Event school, and now I'm passionately working on my own project about the fusion of music and food in harmony with nature.
