Explore Rotterdam at your own pace with this self-guided audio tour app. The walking route takes you through the modern city centre, passing architecture, waterfront areas and sites that show how Rotterdam rebuilt after World War II and developed into a major Dutch city.
The audio commentary provides stories about Rotterdam's post-war reconstruction, architecture, bridges, harbours and history as you walk along the Maas river. The app uses GPS to play audio at relevant locations throughout the route.
Follow the in-app map at your own speed. You can pause, replay sections or take breaks as needed. The app works offline once downloaded, allowing you to complete the tour whenever suits you.
