Travel by an air-conditioned bus to Khasab, which is the capital of Musandam through the panoramic, coastal road, overlooking the Gulf of Arabia and the Straits of Hormuz. Once at the Khasab harbor, board the traditional Omani dhow. Cruise into the spectacular khor as Shimm, a scenic and tranquil fiord and also the longest in the Musandam peninsula.
