Please note that many museums and attractions in Helsinki are closed on Mondays and public holidays.
After your purchase, you will receive a voucher code. Redeem this voucher code online on the Helsinki Card website to receive your actual Helsinki Card.
Once you complete the online redemption, your Helsinki Card will be delivered to you as a PDF document by email.
After the card has been redeemed and the PDF issued, the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded

Popular major attractions included: free admittance to all major museums, discount on the Helsinki Zoo admission fee, free public transportation in the zones AB (City Helsinki Card) or zones ABC (Region Helsinki Card, including train to the airport), Hop on Hop off bus (Unlimited use for the entire validity period of the Helsinki Card from May to September)
Tours included: Helsinki Panorama audio sightseeing tour by bus (October-April), City Sightseeing Hop On-Hop Off (May-September), Beautiful Canal Cruise by boat (May-September), City Highlights Cruise (May -September), Suomenlinna walking tour.
The Helsinki card is valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours from the first use depending on which option you purchase
Your card will not be replaced or refunded if lost
The actual Helsinki Card must be printed. A printed card is required to use public transportation in Helsinki.

You can pick up your Helsinki Card from any of the following collection points: Excess Baggage Airport Services, Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, Arrivals Hall at Terminal 2, Department Store Stockmann Service Point, Aleksanterinkatu 52 (8th floor), Helsinki. During the summer season (May to September): Stromma Sales kiosk at Market Square Kolera-allas, Helsinki Sightseeing departure point, indicated with yellow SIGHTSEEING flags. Open: 10:00-14:30. During high season, the kiosk opens later. During the winter season (October to April): Stromma Panorama Sightseeing departure point at Senate Square, by Helsinki Cathedral
