Goggles and scarves aren't included in the tour price but are available at the quad station for approximately €5 per piece. You can pay in cash in local or foreign currencies (EUR, USD, GBP or CHF)

Know in advance:

The quad bike is for single use only with a minimum age of 16 years for driving. The minimum age to drive the sand buggy is 18 years (no driving licence needed) and one passenger (4 years and older) can join the driver on the buggy
Both options (quad and sand buggy) are offered during the tour. However, if you have children below 16, please book the sand buggy option, as they'll be allowed to ride as a passenger in the sand buggy along with an adult
The tour is available in several languages. If the minimum number of participants isn't reached or the relevant languages aren't available, an English-speaking guide will be provided
Tour duration and pick-up time are guidelines subject to change due to operational conditions and your hotel location
The insurance included with this activity covers accidents that may occur to guests while participating in the tour

Remember to bring:

Comfortable clothes and shoes, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, scarf, camera and bottle of water
Long trousers are highly recommended while driving the quad in case your legs touch the quad bike engine

Most tui staff where lovely Just the 1 encounter when we needed help with an excursion... he was not helpful at all and rather rude if im honest

Really enjoyed this trip, however we booked the over 16 Quad Experience and our group had 22no (too large) with families containing children under this age. Too diverse for 1no Guide, who did his best to accommodate everyone. I believe it should have been split and families with children under age should have had longer time on the Sand Buggys as the children had a lot of sitting around during the Quad Bike stage. We had quite a long wait at the start, but once up and running, it flowed nicely.

Die Wüstensafari war insgesamt okay, aber mit einigen Schwächen. Die Quad-Tour war eher lahm und danach saßen wir über eine Stunde herum. Der Fokus lag gefühlt hauptsächlich auf Fotos, die am Ende teuer verkauft werden sollten. Highlight war definitiv die Jeep-Fahrt durch die Wüste, auch der Sandbuggy hat Spaß gemacht. Das Essen war eher einfach (Nudeln mit Tomatensoße, Reis und Fleisch). Ein großes Lob an Mohammed: deutschsprachig, super lustig, freundlich und sympathisch!

Es war ein beeindruckendes Erlebnis Alle geben sich Mühe, uns einen unvergesslichen Tag zu bereiten. Wir waren begeistert!
