Food and beverages, umbrellas, bags larger than A4 size, and prams/buggies are not permitted in the exhibition. There are no on-site lockers or storage space, so please refrain from bringing large bags or buggies

The experience is approximately 45 minutes
All ages are welcome. 0–2 years go free (no ticket purchase necessary). Anyone 15 years and under must be accompanied by at least one person 18+ to enter the exhibition

The experience was very nice. My son 13 years old enjoyed very much, as he plays this game online. The guidance and information provided during the visit was very clear. The team was friendly and supportive!

We felt that the experience wasn’t very interactive aside from placing blocks on things. The bit at the end in the Nether was cool with the snowflakes. We felt some parts deliberately took longer to get to the 45 minute slot which was very much emphasised quite a lot. Nice as a Minecraft player.

We all loved it - the 9 year old, the 20 year old and the 54 year old. Very efficient and the staff were great and really chatty. The only thing I would improve would be the directions - some sign posts would have been good as there is no entrance through the shopping centre.
