From gentle hiking to mountain biking, you'll take in the rainforest trails of Khao Lampi-Hat Thai Muang National Park on this full-day adventure. Begin with a 1.3-kilometre hike through rocky terrain to reach Tone Phrai Waterfall, where you can take a dip under the 25-foot cascade. Then, you'll hope on your bike to cycle through Phang Nga farmland, passing through pineapple fields and a Buddhist forest retreat. Pause at Thai Muang Beach for lunch with a sea view before peddling on to Ta Teang Lake for a final freshwater swim surrounded by jungle.
