The tour was advertised as English, but multiple languages were spoken, which delayed the day. There is also too much up-selling such as photo’s, drinks, massages etc. The full experience also was 12 hours with travel time and delays, this should be made more clear at the time of booking.

The trip in itself was very good, however it was advertised as English speaking but due to the amount of Spanish speakers on our tour, the tui rep spoke 90% of the time in Spanish. We felt like an afterthought by the rep. Also all trips out of bayahibe lack the very basic of facilities on the dockside! 2 toilets with no flushing water(had to use a bucket) or seat. Whilst the tour is operated by a 3rd party maybe check what facilities your customers have to use. Definitely not hygienic!

Mesa tour guide was amazing, however on the return journey we had to leave our origional boat, for a massive party boat to get back, and then when we was getting off the party boat there we had to again climb onto a small boat to get to the beach, which the boat said capacity 50 people, and i counted 65 people, very dangerous and you could feel the boat was nearly about to capsise

Pick up times were later than expected and wasn't informed so was very worried we had missed the collection time perhaps a wats ap would be better than emails

The trip was excellent. The coach, picking us up from the hotel was only a little late and dropped us off to another coach, which left straight away. The journey on the speed boat and catamaran was great, just getting onto the catamaran, from the speed boat was a little unsettling, but fine really. Saona beach was stunning and the other beach, where we had our lunch, was nice too
