Only distant about 10 minutes from Dublin city centre, The Irish House Party is an Irish music and dance show in a beautiful 18th century's townhouse. The show was set up by local traditional Irish musicians and focuses on small groups and independent travellers.
On arrival, guests will be welcomed by the host and will be able enjoy a delicious pre-show, 3-course typical dinner from a menu of their choice. Then, The Irish House Party musicians and dancers will take to the stage. You'll experience an authentic performance, without the usual clichés: no flat caps, waistcoats or leprechauns there. Instead, you'll be able to enjoy the true sound and fun of Ireland in an intimate and homely setting. You'll even be given the unique chance to listen to indigenous Irish instruments such as the Harp, the Uilleann Pipes and the Bodhran.
If you are looking for an Irish music and dance experience a little different from the usual mass tourist cabaret type nights, then The Irish House Party is just perfect for you. You can choose between the following options available in the order box: "Dinner & Show", it includes dinner, starting at 6.30pm (Option 1), and "Show Only", it doesn't include dinner, starting at 8pm (Option 2).
