Passe de aventura Mystic Mountain

The pick up time was wrong by 90 minutes, which left us waiting around. It was advertised as a half day experience, however we didn’t get back to the hotel until 6pm, leaving our friends worried about our safety. We paid extra for the zip lining which was the only positive part of the experience.

On arrival we were told that we could go on cable cars up mountain and could use the pool but we would have to pay 45 us dollars for each of the activities but they could do a deal for 20 us dollars. We thought it was all included. There was no cable cars going down due to cutting of trees and other greenery so had to go in mini bus over very rough track.

Part of the advertised tour was not available and hadn’t been for 2 years

The time on the ticket was incorrect so we had to wait for over an hour for the transfer. Then we were given a private vehicle instead to get us there which was lovely. The chair lift was really fantastic to get to the park. In the park all food and drinks were very expensive so better to get the deal with the meal ticket. My daughter then decided she did want to do the Bob sleigh, we only had the basic deal, so we spoke to the staff at the attraction. She asked us to pay 90 dollars (2 people)for one go and didn’t show us the brochure price. I said no so she then led us into the toilet and said she would do us a deal for 30 dollars, put it in her back pocket and used her pen to add it to our wristband. This was all very uncomfortable. The nature trail was shut unless you get a guide and pay them, the bird garden was tiny.
