Relaxation is the name of the game on this downtempo nautical excursion. Spend a morning exploring the west coast of Boa Vista and the islet of Sal Rei aboard your catamaran before heading for a beach restaurant lunch. Then, spend an afternoon on the golden sands of Praia da Chaves.

As your skipper steers you out of port, you'll sail to the islet of Sal Rei and around it before gliding back to port – spending about three hours at sea. You'll then be transferred to the virgin sands of Praia da Chaves on the west coast of Boa Vista – just in time for lunch.

You'll be served a tasty lunch at the popular Perola de Chaves Beach restaurant. The rest of the afternoon is dedicated to relaxing on the beach, soaking up the sun and swimming in cool and calm waters.

It was should as a boat trip, but was actually less than 3 hours on an overcrowded catamaran and then a coach trip to a beach with no shelter. Very disappointing,

The service and staff and catamaran itself were brilliant. However TUI completely missell the experience. The main picture of the excursion is someone drinking prosecco with only a few other people in view. This is not the experience. There’s no prosecco and the catamaran has 70+ people on it. We booked an adults only cruise but there were many children on the boat. 10/10 for the boat and staff. 0/10 for TUI and how they lie to sell you it.

Wasn't much of a catamaran experience and felt misold. Staff and paparazzi as they call them were friendly enough but the boat was overfilled meaning the very small space you could sit on the nets at the very front were filled. Everyone else had to sit at the back on upright seats which were not comfortable at all. We had one stop on the catamaran and you had to either snorkel or take a dingy to a small beach with nothing on it. Spending less than 3 hours on a catamaran is not what we wanted

Catamaran was nice but not long on board, Beach part was far too long, esp when you were only allowed one drink….one of the options water so if you would of liked a beer or soft drink you couldnt have water meaning you spent a fortune on extra drinks over the 4 hours left, we also had to pay to sit on beach chairs, sea was rough and no life guards close if anyone in trouble, wouldnt do again but huge shame as could be fab!
