Walk in the footsteps of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart on this beautiful tour from Munich to Salzburg and Lake District!

Driving south towards Austria, on this tour you’ll see Bavaria's largest lake, the Chiemsee. The drive through the Chiemgau will give you a beautiful view of the Lower Bavarian Alps. In Salzburg, the city of Mozart, you’ll have enough time for shopping and a stroll through the picturesque old city.

During the mid-spring to early autumn months, On Lake Wolfgangsee you'll have the chance to take a boat ride to the White Horse Inn and the pilgrim church. Then the tour will continue through the scenic Lake District. Travel past lake Mondsee, scene of the movie "The Sound of Music", on your way back to Munich.

The tour guide Melanie was fantastic. She certainly knows her stuff! The tour was excellently organised down to the last minute. All our time was filled perfectly. The coach driver - Mario was excellent and very funny

We had a great experience visiting Salzburg and Lake District with Driver Bobby and Tour guide Meloni. Bus journey was comfortable and Meloni gave us lots of information on the way and back. Only downside of the experience was bad weather with heavy rains on and off. We recommend the trip.
