Option 1: Arrival VIP Fast Track

A friendly airport guide will greet you at the aircraft exit, holding a sign with your name. They will assist you through immigration, guiding you to the fast track line and helping you bypass the crowds. Once through immigration, a representative will help you collect your checked luggage from the baggage claim area before escorting you through the dedicated fast track lane at customs.

Option 2: Arrival VIP Fast Track and Buggy Service

This option includes all the benefits of the VIP Fast Track service, but adds a private buggy transfer from the aircraft exit to immigration, saving you the walk.

Option 3: Arrival VIP Fast Track with Private Transfer from Bangkok City Hotel

This includes the VIP Fast Track service and a coach ride from the airport to your accommodation in the city centre. You'll meet your driver at the exit door and skip any long taxi queues for a comfortable journey to Bangkok city centre.

Option 4: Arrival VIP Fast Track and Buggy with Private Transfer to Bangkok City Hotel

This option ensures a smooth and hassle-free trip in Bangkok, combining all these services into one super bundle. Enjoy the VIP Fast Track service, private buggy transfer, and a personal assistant to guide you through immigration. Plus, a private vehicle will take you directly to your accommodation in Bangkok city centre.

Photos or videos when you get through customs. The operator reserves the right to refuse the service and no refunds will be given

Know in advance:

For options 2, 3 and 4, if you're a solo traveller you need to select the "Participant" ticket option
Full name, flight arrival/departure details and time, passport details, and number of all passengers are needed for this service, please indicate them at check-out
Fast Track is available from 06.00 to 23.59 only (flight arrive or depart time)
Infant aged between 14 days old and 9 years old on the travel date travel free when accompanied by a paying adult
All passengers aged 10 and over must pay fast track in advance. In case of any additional passengers arriving at the airport, the service will be cancelled with no refund
For Option 2 and 4, please note that the buggy cannot operate if your flight arrives at SAT1 New Terminal or Bus Gate as per the airport condition without prior notice. A partial refund of buggy will be evaluated case by case
For options that include hotel transfer, you're allowed one piece of luggage and one carry-on per person
Immigration may ask to see your hotel information or your return ticket

Remember to bring:

Infants under 2 years old require an original birth certificate or passport

Zu unserer Ankunftszeit wäre es nicht unbedingt nötig gewesen. Es ist leider nicht so schön, dass man anschließend lange auf Personen warten muss, die diesen Service nicht gebucht haben.
