We had tickets for one day but ended up having to switch days. After calling and speaking to a customer service rep, we were refunded for the day we couldn't attend. Buying the new tickets was easy.

Kew Gardens has variable closing times throughout the year and attractions within the Gardens can be subject to periodic closure for maintenance - to avoid disappointment it is recommended to check the exact closures before your visit
Glasshouses and galleries close one hour before closure
Kew Palace is open from April 2024 to September 2024
Infants get free admission but require a ticket, please select their free ticket at checkout
Essential carers get free admission and do not require a ticket
