Beste Tui, We zijn om 11 uur bij de aangewezen plek naast het beeld van Goya geweest. Na een kwartier wachten kwam er niemand die ons zocht of onze gids was. We hebben gebeld naar het nummer die onder de voucher stond. Er zou ene Jason ons oppikken maar die was er niet. Uiteindelijk heeft de persoon aan de lijn de foto van twee tickets en een wel voor een audio app gemaild. Deze stuur ik mee. De kaartjes waren niet te scannen bij de ingang. Dat was nogal gênant. Der Zeit Slot war gut. Audio Guide umständlich. Haben uns für je 5 EuR den Aufioguide vom Prado geliehen, den gab es auch auf Deutsch, das war besser als auf englisch. Außerdem war der aktuell und wir haben unseren Telefon-Aku nicht belastet, haben mit dem Mobiltelefon ja auch Fotos gemacht und in der Stadt navigiert.

The audio guide is not up to date with the location of all the art in the museum. We also found the style of the audio guide very stuffy and annoying.
