Gorée Island full-day tour from Saly

Our guide Maty, spoke excellent English. She was friendly, knowledgeable and fun. The tour of the slave house was very moving and sad to think of how the people suffered. The island of Goree is very pretty, and a lovely place to visit. Negative, we waited over an hour at the port waiting for the ferry, which wasn't so good. The market selleres are RELENTLESS! Some catch the same ferry, and start their patter then. So say NO to the market stop, or be prepared for hassle!

Include a short walking tour in Dakar, e.g. by a stop on independence square

Guide good with good language. Bus micro not good enough, so you could not hear the guide properly. Information on the voucher was missing, that you need to bring passport!! Tour on island with guide excellent Food very good. Enjoyable day with Dakar fotostopps

Ein sehr langer, aber sehr informativer Tag. Wir haben viel gelernt und wurden sehr gut geführt. Auch das Essen war sehr gut. Aber die lange Zeit im Verkehr Dakars hat es schließlich sehr ermüdend gemacht.

Ik ben zowieso fan van Africa. Maar nu serieus, de geschiedenis is indrukwekkend en emotioneel. De Guide was vriendelijk en behulpzaam en had wel kennis. Dat stel ik altijd op prijs.

le plus : l'histoire de l'île même si ce n'est pas la plus belle histoire ,l'île est belle et plaisante . Le moins : les vendeurs sénégalais qui font la traversée pour la vente ,parfois ********** accrocheur ,mais c'est comme cela .
