The museum can change your visit time, so your pickup time may change accordingly. You will receive final confirmation via email 1–2 days before the tour. Due to the extremely high visitors’ volume and internal policies, Auschwitz-Birkenau reserves the right to cancel tours or guides at any time, even a few days or hours before the visit. If this happens, you will be informed and if possible, offered an alternative date or program
All visitors are required to pass through security checks before entering the museum grounds

Departure times are only to inform the supplier of your preference. The tour operator will take this into account when making the guide arrangements. Ultimately the Auschwitz Museum decides the visiting time depending on the availability on a given day
Each guest must bring along an ID card or passport corresponding to the name and surname provided at the time of booking, which will also be shown on the museum entrance ticket. Entrance may be refused if the name provided on the booking is not identical to the name on the ID provided when entering

From the tour guide to the driver who picked us up and dropped us back the day ran so smoothly. We didn’t have to queue and the museum and our tour guide was amazing. She knew everything. Would highly recommend this tour and company

Tour and guide were excellent, emotional trip but an important place to visit to fully appreciate the history. Only negative - we booked 9am trip, this was changed to 12.55 the day before. By the time we got to Birkenau it was dark so we saw very little, and didn't get back to Krakow until 8pm.

From pickup to drop off the whole trip was an easy process. The communication was spot on for the first pick up and the rest of the day, even though it was quite busy we always knew where we should be. The guide was very informative and very respectful of all the areas we visited.

Super trevlig guide och bra och tydlig engelska. Negativa var att turen var lite för kort mycket mer man hade velat se som man gick förbi. Negativt var också att hjälpa till med att låna rullstol det sas att det ej gick pga miljön. Sedan på plats såg man flera med rullstol.
