You can choose between 5 different menu courses:
- Option 1: Lunch Basic Course.Wagyu beef appetizer; 2 kinds of Wagyu beef sashimi; 3 kinds of Yakiniku (grilled meat): red meat, marbled meat, and filet; Pesticide-free salad; Chinese cabbage kimchi, rice, soup; Cold noodles; Ice Cream or Sherbet
- Option 2: Lunch Premium Course. Wagyu beef appetizer; Pesticide-free salad and Chinese cabbage kimchi; Salt Yakiniku : 2 kinds of red meat, Beef tongue; Yuke-chan rice with caviar; Sauce Yakiniku : fillet, skirt steak, and seasonal grilled vegetables; Wagyu beef rib soup; Special Marbled Yakisuki with Truffle; Cold noodles; Dessert
- Option 3: Innocent Course. Wagyu beef appetizer; Wagyu beef sashimi (2 kinds); Wagyu beef minced cutlet; Pesticide-free leaf salad; King of Kimchi; Thick cut of Wagyu beef tongue; Chateaubriand; Selected 3 kinds of red meat; Marbled Wagyu Beef Sukiyaki; Finishing Meal; Dessert
- Option 4: Omakase Course. Wagyu beef sashimi, fried dish, yakiniku, sukiyaki, etc.; YUKKE-CHAN rice, the signature dish; Ishikawa Prefecture's Koshihikari rice with Wagyu beef inner thigh yukke and caviar
- Option 5: Kobe Beef Omakase Course. Wagyu beef sashimi, yakiniku; Kobe beef rib loin cold shabu-shabu; Wagyu beef fillet cutlet; Kobe Beef sirloin steak.
