You'll be greeted by a bartender with a spritz and homemade cheese and pepper chips. After this brief warm-up, you and the English-speaking chef will prepare three Italian classics. The pasta will be seasoned with the best Roman sauces. Last but not least, you'll make and eat your own perfect tiramisĂč, declining the traditional recipe with a selection of tasty ingredients.
Once your hands-on experience is finished, sit down in the cosy restaurant or on the outdoor terrace to enjoy the fruits of your labour. Join the social table, sip wine with your new friends and take the opportunity to ask your chef all the tips and tricks about Italian food.
