Hop on a ferry from Ischia to Capri, passing the towering sea stack of limestone known as the Faraglioni Rocks. You'll ascend to Capri Town by funicular or bus and begin your walking tour with a trip to the historic monastery-turned-museum, Certosa di San Giacomo, where there's an exhibition of paintings by Diefenbach. Then, you'll take a stroll through the perfectly preened Gardens of Augustus, with their fresh sea air and matching views. Round off your trip with some free time to wander Capri Town and scout out a spot for lunch before returning to Ischia.
