The service was excellent met at the entrance of the airport. Took our bags and guided us through all security checks. Filled out out departure cards as well. Good that stage were waiting for us at airport, this is where it started to go wrong. They got our names mixed up. There was then a delay and confusion as our flight was 00.10 and as they couldn’t see our flight on ‘todays flight. Make staff member then lied to us and tried to falsify weight of our suitcases to make it appear he had talked the check in agent not to charge us $200 for being over the limit and we should offer him a reward. They didn’t know I increased my limit to 30kg not 25kg
