Pick up driver was full of himself and we were unsure if we were on the correct trip until we got there which added worry. When he arrived and we approached he said what do you want, I said looking for my bus and he simply replied get on. No name checks or any thing, I asked if it was us, he replied it’s a bus get on. No very professional for me

I booked this experience for 6 people going from Butterfly Beach Hotel on 14/4/25 to go on 15/4/25. It was cancelled by them. I am still waiting for a refund of £178 despite sending emails to Musement who have not replied and Barbados the excursions company they use who gave responded saying my refund will be processed in 3 to 5 days. It is now 10 days & I have no refund & we also had no excursion! Extremely disappointing!

The whole trip was brilliant. The crew were amazing. We had never really snorkled before and one of the crew helped us to put our mask on and feel comfortable and explained what to do. Another of the crew made sure we were OK in the water and even swam with us while we got used to it. It was a great day and I now feel able to snorkel thanks to their help. I would highly recommend this.

Great bunch of guys, very professional , fun, considerate and kind :))
