Parfait sur toute la ligne. Les horaires sont très bien respectés. Services impeccables. Les activités, dans le tour jour entier, sont très bien organisées. Vraiment un tour parfait. Toutes les activités se déroulent dans le même parc. Le repas était excellent et nous avions du temps pour se reposer à cette étape. Nous aurions dû apporter plus d’argent comptant pour payer les non inclus ou souvenirs car payer avec carte de crédit coûtait 15% de plus. Et donner pourboire à plusieurs étapes.

I would give solid 10 because we all had a great time and the guides were fun, informative and helpful. The only problem I experienced was the condition and reliability of the buggies. However, everyone else in our group did not have this issue. In my case, we went through a total of 4 buggies and I was of course left way behind the rest of the group. So maintenance of this key activity is lacking.

Enjoyed the buggies, even though nobody checked for driving licence, and glad didn't pay extra for Honda. Horses did need better care and path we went on was too narrow and too muddy for them. People enjoyed the zip line. Lunch was fantastic and so much of it too. Cenote swim was amazing and topped off with party vibes. Guides very interactive and good range of information and languages.
