I was not advised by my Tui rep that I needed to bring my driving license to Mystic Mountain So as a result I was unable to participate in the ATV activity for which I paid for

The activities and the whole place was okay, the only problem we encountered was the driver didn’t pick us up despite being at the hotel lobby on time, the TUI rep was not helpful and he had to use our own money to get a taxi to and from mystic mountains.

We booked the silver package but we're told we had to wait until 4:30pm for our transfer back to our hotel because all the others on the trip were on an all day excursion including Dunns river falls. We had to make our own way back or wait for 3 and a half hours. This shouldn't be the case and excursions shouldn't be mixed leaving people stranded
