Characteristic to North-Macedonian wine is the strong fruity taste, so they are not shy to show themselves. The splendid wine bar Bacchus, located in the heart of the old town, owns 250 different types of North Macedonian wines.
When arriving, the host will welcome you with a local drink. Afterward, the first wine will be poured in the glasses and the experience will start. The sommelier will demonstrate the way of drinking and provide explanation about the origin, taste, brand and quality of the wine. This applies for all three rounds and while doing so, the first platters will be placed on the table. As you're tasting these local bites, you'll appreciate the relaxed vibes of the bar, its social people and historical location.
