Questa gita mattutina in barca nei dintorni di Cozumel porta il lusso a un livello completamente nuovo. It was advertised as 2-4 hr experience, when in fact it was an exhausting full day event including the transfers. Communication was very poor, the hotel transfer went round in circles, dropped us at a shop and told to stand in a queue. Turned out that was for the ferry transfer to Cozumel. No idea by that point what was supposed to happen, then the ferry trip was obvs chaotic, I nearly got lost from my "shop group" when I got off the ferry. The cruise itself very nice, but the transfer....

This was a 2-4hr trip we left hotel at 6am and returned at 4pm...a very very long day with only one meal no snacks others on same trip had booked 4-8hr trip so we didn't actually have the trip we booked.
