No rep to speak to at hotel as they are only at there for 45 minutes every morning. Guest services fobbed us off with a telephone number to call TUI directly and they said to email them. As per the terms No alternative was offered or even discussed and they said we would get a refund in 5 to 10 days, if I'm being asked to review then not sure the refund has even been sorted

Alexander was a great guide. Vasilios (can’t remember correct name) friendly driver. Both hospitable. Everything was very good.
