The art of making pizza becomes a fun team game: kneading, rolling out, garnishing, and tasting your masterpiece. Pizza is one of the most beloved dishes in the world. You'll learn how to prepare dough, its fermentation, the topping, and some of the best tricks of cooking.
You'll have fun choosing from delicious ingredients such as olives, mozzarella, San Marzano tomatoes, anchovies, local vegetables, Km 0 cold cuts, and alpine cheeses. Pick fresh basil, rosemary, and other aromatics directly from the garden to flavor your pizza! Test your skills and prepare your favorite pizza. The pizzas will be cooked in a high-temperature steel oven, selected from the many options on the market, and it will allow you – if you wish – to purchase one for yourself to re-create the experience you learned.
Between one baking and the other, you can relax with a glass of wine or of beer in the kitchen or garden of a villa from the early 1900s in a village near the shores of Lake Maggiore. You'll also be accompanied by the live music of an accordion.
