This full day walking tour lines up all the must-sees of La Palma's lava-scorched landscape. You'll start at the impressive Hoyo Negro crater and set off along the famous Volcano Route. It's a tough-but-rewarding trek that'll take you across the tartan-like black and red-coloured lava fields, through pine-covered craters and up to volcanic rims.

Incredible long hike above the clouds...we have walked and climbed all over the world for 50 years and this is one of the best...a stunning route along the volcanic spine of La Palma.

Enjoyed the area of the walk,. But the guide was only concerned on time and getting the walk finished. After 13 miles at a quicker pace than needed, we reached the road in town. Unfortunately they added a cobbled steep section to a bar and finally the coach back to our hotel. The coach could have been parked at the end of the walk. And driven to the bar..

Wir hatte leider aufgrund des Wetters durchgängig keine Sicht und mussten die ganze Zeit gegen Wind und Regen ankämpfen! Das war sehr unglücklich!
