Waited for 30 minutes in excess of the 15 minutes required for pickup. No show. After 45 minutes standing in the sun waiting, we decided that the trip, booked with a transfer (i.e. pick up) would not be arriving. Bitterly disappointed. Will try to catch the Tui rep today for a refund. No contact number to check our status. Poor service.

Der Ausflug mit dem Schlauchboot und einer kleinen Runde war super. Der Katamaran den wir gesehen haben war proppenvoll und nichts für uns. Die Crew und besonders der Kapitän waren sehr hilfsbereit sodass man sich nur wohlfühlen konnte.
