The ease of using the e-ticket was brilliant. No need to print, just enlarged the QR code and read it at park gates and away you go! Fantastic.

The park is overcrowded and the queue time were ridiculous 3-4 hours to go on a ride. We managed to go on 2 rides the whole day and didn’t even make it to Ferrari land. Complete wasted of money

Theme park far too busy, got on four rides in the space of 6 hours only one being a big ride

Purchasing the tickets through the app was straightforward and terms of use were clear. It’s a shame that you have to use the Ferrari land ticket on your first day rather than select a day to use. Of our 2 days in port aventura the first day was so busy we only got on one of the big rides. When we queued up it said 50 minute wait however this ended up being an hour and 50 minutes. Queue times remained high through this whole day. This forced us to buy fast pass tickets for our second day.

Queue jumping is a real issue here. Despite it being in the park rules, no one does anything about it. Hoards of children jumping the queue in front of you. Happened on every ride. Spent a full day in the park and managed 3 of the big rides due to long queue times, only made worse by queue jumpers.

The 3-day entrance pass allows access to 2 parks on the same day, plus two more full days at PortAventura Park within a 4-day window
Please make sure to double-check the opening and closing times of the parks, as they may change depending on the season and specific days
