Please note that a guide isn't included at the Tulum Mayan Ruins. It's simply a place to visit and take photos. However, there will be a guide at the cenotes
If you're staying in a hotel, you'll indicate your pickup location at checkout and receive instructions close to the service date. If you're staying in a flat, please contact the local operator to arrange the pickup
Your guide will give you a limited time to look around at every spot, it's very important to follow up on the instructions and be punctual. In case you do not meet the guide's established schedules, the guide will wait for tolerance time and go to the next place
For Tulum guests, after completing the Coba, Tulum, cenote, and restaurant tour, you can choose whether you prefer to be dropped off at Tulum Super Aki. The tour operator can arrange this drop-off before heading to Playa del Carmen. If you opt for Playa del Carmen, please note that the bus will not return to drop you off; the driver will need to drop off other customers. Therefore, if you choose Playa del Carmen, you must make your own return arrangements
For guests staying at hotels between Tulum and 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen: If you wish to go to 5th Avenue, you will need to make your own return arrangements because the bus cannot return to the starting point. If you do not wish to go to Playa del Carmen, you will be dropped off at your hotel. Guests staying at hotels further away and closer to Playa del Carmen will be dropped off at 5th Avenue, being the last stop, or at the official and established boarding point indicated to you at the beginning
To all guests of the Bahia Principe hotel complex, the meeting point is at Hacienda Doña Isabel, the official place assigned to board the tour. Be next to the letters Hacienda Doña Isabel
The local provider will pick up and gather everyone in smaller vehicles. The last meeting point is where the main bus will be waiting
The local operator is not responsible for items left on the vehicle, so make sure you have everything at hand before getting off the vehicle
The tour can vary in duration, up to 14 hours or more depending on the transfers from one place to another and the traffic
The tour is free for children under 3 years old if they sit on their parent's lap during the ride
Bilingual guide, English and Spanish, is included
Please remain at your designated pickup point until the guide arrives. If you leave the pickup point and miss your transportation, no refund or rescheduling will be offered
Participants who miss the tour will need to make a new booking and payment to join another tour

Remember to bring:

Comfortable clothes, swimsuit, towels, hat/cap, sunglasses, sunscreen, extra clothes and a jacket to wear on the air-conditioned vehicle

Pickups are available for hotels in Cancún Downtown, Mayan Riviera, Akumal, Punta Maroma, Puerto Aventuras, and Puerto Morelos. Please provide your hotel name and address at checkout. If you're staying in a different accommodation, please contact the local operator after booking to arrange the pickup at one of the authorized meeting points in Cancún, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum.

Die Tour sehr gut. Hector & Chris waren als Guide und Fahrer sehr gut. Nur die Infos die vorher relevant gewesen wären fanden wir nicht so gut, weil nicht vorhanden. Es wäre gut den Buchenden von Tulum und Coba mitzuteilen, das Einweg Plastik nicht erlaubt ist. Die sind da sehr streng, Strafen $ 20. Wir sind da 2,5h herumgelaufen bei Mittagssonne ohne eine Möglichkeit Waaser mitzunehmen, geschweige den zu kaufen. Ob man nicht gleich darauf hinweist das man einen Mehrfachbecher mitnehmen soll.

Päivästä hyvin iso osa ajasta hukattiin odottelemalla myöhässä olevia ihmisiä. Yhteensä 2h bussissa istuskelua pelkästään odotellen myöhässä olevia ihmisiä. Cobassa oli niin vähän aikaa ettei kerennyt edes kävellä perälle asti, eivätkä oppaat edes kertoneet ettei perälle asti tällä aikataululla kerkeä. Kommunikaatio paluukyydeistä oli lähes olematonta. Bussioppaan kommunikaatio kehnoa. Tulumin opas oli asian tunteva ja hyvää englantia puhuva. Cenotessa uimisen lisämaksusta ei ollu mainintaa.
